Job summary

Octave seeks a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic client relationships within the Enterprise Asset Management division. You will work remotely for Khobar region, focusing on EAM solutions including IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, and Hexagon EAM.

The role requires a decade of account management experience, with at least five years in EAM/APM, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in account management with at least 5 years in EAM/APM or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of EAM platforms such as Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM.

Responsibilities

• Grow EAM business in KSA and Bahrain.
• Be primary contact for New/Existing clients.
• Understand client objectives and align EAM strategies.
• Drive customer satisfaction through account planning and relationship building.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and revenue forecasts.
• Advise clients on asset lifecycle management best practices.
