IOTA GROUP is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent for Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supervising E&I activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across EPCC contractors in a large-scale industrial setting.

Based in Jubail, the mission emphasizes field supervision, site safety walks, and collaboration with HSE and quality teams to maintain high standards of environment, health, and safety performance within a complex project scope.

Qualifications

• Supervise EPCC Contractors' Electrical & Instrumentation activities.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and alignment with project specs and method statements.
• Review JSA and Method Statements and participate in risk assessments.
• Lead daily safety walks and monitor contractor performance.
• Coordinate with HSE and Quality inspectors for site governance.

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor site supervision activities to align with the package schedule.
• Manage field supervision and ensure adequate field surveillance of E&I activities.
• Attend meetings and participate in progress reviews and site audits.
• Identify and address performance deviations with contractor superintendents.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper handover to Commissioning Team.
