Job summary

ALUCOR invites an experienced E&I Lead to supervise electrical and instrumentation construction, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities at site in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong EPC project site leadership and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and QA/QC/HSE teams.

You'll manage day-to-day site activities, lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with drawings, specs and safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of site-based E&I experience on large-scale EPC projects.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical and instrumentation site activities.
• Manage installation of electrical equipment, cables, trays, and grounding systems.
• Supervise cable laying, glanding, termination, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate instrumentation, DCS, control panels, fiber-optic, telecom, and PA systems.
• Supervise heat tracing and cathodic protection works.
• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet targets.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Review drawings, schedules, submittals, and inspection documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, standards, and safety.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
