Job summary

TASNEE in Jubail seeks an experienced Superintendent, Electrical and Instruments to lead the E&I team and drive asset reliability. You will steer safety culture while optimizing maintenance programs and CAPEX planning for critical plant assets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in petrochemical environments, strong leadership, and expertise in maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading E&I reliability programs and teams.
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Strong project and financial acumen for CAPEX planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety culture within Reliability team.
• Manage integrity, reliability, and performance of E&I assets.
• Drive RCFA and corrective actions to cut maintenance costs.
• Develop condition monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Review E&I procedures to improve performance.
• Establish risk-based maintenance strategies.
• Provide technical guidance in E&I maintenance and reliability studies.
• Support Reliability Manager and engineers in objectives.
• Evaluate technologies to enhance asset reliability.
