Job summary

MM Management Consultant is seeking an E&I Estimation Engineer in Saudi Arabia with a minimum of four years of experience to prepare competitive techno-commercial bids for EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, maintenance and shutdown projects.

The role covers reviewing tender documents, preparing MTOs/BOQs, calculating man-hours, evaluating vendor quotes, and drafting technical and commercial proposals while coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in E&I estimation for EPC or related projects.
• Experience across EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Maintenance and Shutdown projects.
• Proficient in reviewing ITB/RFQ/RFP/SOW, drawings, BOQs and datasheets.
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering materials, manpower, equipment and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate techno-commercial estimates for EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Maintenance and Shutdown projects.
• Review tender documents, perform MTOs/BOQs, and develop cost estimates.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, Vendors and Clients.
• Support post-bid clarifications and handover to project execution teams.
