Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a Senior E&I Engineer for an onshore Saudi Aramco EPC package in the Eastern Province. You will lead E&I construction on pipelines and wellsites, directing supervisors, technicians and subcontractors to achieve mechanical completion.

You will ensure compliance with SAES-P/J, SAEP and Schedule Q, coordinate with QA/QC, and manage risks and costs while delivering safe, on-schedule execution from site offices in Dammam/Al Khobar area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration required.
• Oil and gas E&I construction on Saudi Aramco onshore projects experience.
• Must have led E&I on-site scope for a full package.
• Knowledge of overhead lines, cathodic protection, fiber, RTU/SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Own the E&I construction plan from IFC to pre-commissioning.
• Direct installation and testing of overhead power lines and switchgear.
• Lead cathodic protection works and CP commissioning.
• Manage fiber optic installation and testing along pipelines.
• Oversee RTU/SCADA installation and integration with the central facilities.
• Direct instrumentation installation and shutdown system testing.
• Run loop checks and energisation per Saudi Aramco procedures.
