Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead on a large Saudi Aramco onshore EPC program. You will own the construction execution plan from mobilization to mechanical completion and handover, directing daily site activities and coordinating with QA/QC, safety, and planning teams.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas/petrochemical construction, Middle East experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

10+ years of solid experience as a Construction Manager in oil and gas/petrochemical projects.
OMPP construction experience with Saudi Aramco.
Middle East experience essential; Gulf experience advantageous.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
PMP/CCM/CPM training and licensed engineer status preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Saudi national per Saudisation requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the construction execution plan for the package from mobilisation through mechanical completion and handover.
Direct daily site activities across right-of-way prep, stringing, bending, welding, NDT, coating, lowering, backfilling, hydrotest and tie-ins.
Sequence well tie-ins, flowlines, trunklines, manifolds, scraper traps and valve stations.
Plan and control manpower, construction equipment and subcontractor resources to hold the approved schedule.
Lead look-ahead planning with the planning team and close gaps between planned and actual progress.
