Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of document control experience.
• Experience with EDMS systems such as Aconex and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the document control team.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, drawings, technical submissions, and transmittals.
• Ensure documents are properly registered, distributed, and tracked.
• Monitor document review and approval status.
• Maintain document control logs and registers.
• Coordinate document submissions between the Client, Consultant, and Contractor.
• Ensure proper document version and revision control.
• Prepare document control reports and status updates.
• Support project close-out and document archiving.
