Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Document Control, Information Management, or related field.
• Strong technical document control experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience administering EDMS systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or Procore.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle management, revision control and governance.
• Experience handling engineering drawings, O&M manuals and inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Build, administer, and maintain structured project document management systems.
• Coordinate documentation from contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage document numbering, metadata, and filing standards.
• Track missing or overdue documentation and follow up with stakeholders.
• Ensure version control, audit trails, and controlled project records.
• Support document retrieval for engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Administer EDMS platforms, workflows, transmittals, and approvals.
• Monitor NCR status and documentation completeness for audits.
