Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Development to lead the development lifecycle of the Qiddiya Performing Arts Centre, a flagship cultural asset within Qiddiya City and a cornerstone of the destination's cultural and entertainment offering.

The Senior Director will drive strategic decision-making, manage interfaces across design and delivery teams, and safeguard commercial outcomes through to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or Business or related field.
• 10-12+ years in real estate or asset development on large-scale assets.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile projects.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen and investment decision experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development strategy for the Performing Arts Centre.
• Manage interfaces across design team, delivery contractor, and stakeholders.
• Oversee budget, cost control, and value engineering.
• Identify and mitigate development risks across workstreams.
• Prepare development updates, business cases, and investment papers.
• Ensure alignment with Qiddiya City's masterplan and brand.
• Support operational readiness with future operators.
• Build and mentor a high-performing development team.
