Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Director - Event Mobility Planning to establish and lead integrated mobility planning for major events across the city program in Riyadh. You will coordinate movement for guests, VIPs, workforce, and services across venues and transport modes, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in Education
• Master's degree preferred
• Professional membership/certification in transport planning or related fields desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Programme Event Mobility Strategy and governance framework
• Lead the mobility planning team and coordinate consultants and suppliers
• Create citywide mobility plans, forecasts, and readiness arrangements for major events
• Define interfaces across City Operations, venues, authorities and operators
• Oversee accessibility, security, and stakeholder engagement for mobility services
