Job summary

Puffy is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta, with full authority over systems, measurement, and creative testing. The role reports directly to the CEO and offers radical flexibility, including remote work from anywhere, with relocation options and tax advantages in some regions.

You will build scalable decision systems, guardrails, and an incrementality framework to maximize contribution margin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta.
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end paid media systems and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million-dollar monthly budgets across Google and Meta with full authority over strategy and measurement.
• Design pause/hold/scale logic, budget guardrails, and escalation protocols from scratch.
• Architect the creative engine as a system: pipeline, briefs, hooks, UGC, and whitelisting.
• Lead the performance marketing function with CEO-level visibility and impact.
