Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh seeks a senior leader to oversee investment analysis activities, evaluate real estate development opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to senior management. You will review models, assess IRR/NPV/ROI, coordinate with finance and strategy teams, and lead the Investment Analysis team to ensure accurate, timely insights.

This role requires 10+ years in investment/financial analysis, a finance-related degree, and strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, or real estate investment.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, feasibility studies, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Experience in real estate development and investment evaluation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and investment evaluation of real estate development projects, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the development and review of financial models, feasibility studies, business cases, and investment return assessments.
• Evaluate key investment metrics including IRR, NPV, ROI, cash flows, profitability, and project returns.
• Lead financial sensitivity, scenario, and risk analysis to assess the impact of key assumptions and market changes.
• Review project assumptions including development costs, revenues, pricing, financing, and overall project economics.
• Assess potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations on financial viability, returns, and associated risks.
• Prepare and present investment analysis and recommendations to senior management and relevant committees.
• Work closely with Development, Finance, Strategy, Commercial, and other relevant teams to align investment assumptions.
• Monitor the financial performance of approved investments against approved business cases and assumptions.
• Lead and develop the Investment Analysis team and ensure the quality and accuracy of investment analysis.
