Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a senior development finance leader to steer funding strategy, capital structures, and financial solutions for large-scale infrastructure, real estate, and strategic investments.

You will provide executive leadership on feasibility studies, capital allocation, and governance, manage relationships with banks and development finance institutions, and guide high-performing teams to deliver sustainable growth and value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CFA, CPA, ACCA, FRM, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of financing strategies for major programs and projects.
• Oversee feasibility studies, business cases, investment analyses, and funding assessments.
• Develop capital structures, financing plans, and funding models.
• Engage with banks, investors, financial institutions, sovereign entities, DFIs.
• Direct debt raising, refinancing, project finance, and capital market activities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and funding alternatives.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and risk analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity needs, and financing risks.
• Provide strategic finance recommendations to executives and governance committees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements and regulatory obligations.
• Lead and develop high-performing development finance teams.

Provide executive leadership on project financing, investment evaluation, financial feasibility, and capital allocation decisions to support sustainable growth and value creation.

Drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making through effective stakeholder management, financial governance, and innovative financing approaches.

Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financing strategies for major development programs and projects
• Oversee financial feasibility studies, business cases, investment analyses, and funding assessments
• Develop capital structures, financing plans, and funding models to support project delivery and long-term value creation
• Lead engagement with banks, investors, financial institutions, sovereign entities, and development finance organizations
• Direct debt raising, refinancing, project finance, and capital market activities as required
• Evaluate investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and funding alternatives to optimize financial outcomes
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, scenario planning, and sensitivity assessments
• Monitor portfolio performance, capital deployment, liquidity requirements, and financing risks
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees
• Collaborate with Development, Commercial, Project Delivery, Treasury, Legal, Risk, and Investment teams to support project objectives
