Job summary

Confidential is seeking an E Services and Platform Lead to join our team in Saud Arabia, Khobar. The role focuses on overseeing digital platform strategies, mobile app and portal development, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver integrated digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in front-end and back-end technologies, CMS, and an emphasis on design thinking, UI/UX, and digital accessibility. Healthcare, telecom, or government experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience managing digital platforms, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience overseeing mobile app and portal development projects, ideally in agile environments.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and integration practices.
Experience with content management systems, customer engagement platforms, and mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, Python, ReactNative, Flutter, Cordova).
Familiarity with design thinking, UI/UX principles, and digital accessibility standards.
Effective project management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in industries like healthcare, telecom, or government is a plus.
