Job summary

Marina Fashion is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to grow online sales across social platforms and Google networks. You will plan campaigns, optimize spend, and measure impact on store visits in Jeddah and across the GCC region.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Magento, with a focus on conversion campaigns rather than brand awareness. Experience in the Saudi/GCC market and bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and driving online sales.
• Experience with conversion campaigns in e-commerce is essential.
• Familiarity with Saudi/GCC fashion/retail markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Google Ads and GDN.
• Plan quarterly budgets and break down into monthly/weekly tasks, with Ramadan/Eid seasons in mind.
• Measure ROAS, CPA, funnel and paid vs organic performance and suggest optimizations.
• Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on performance; coordinate with offline store impact via store visits.
