Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager - Development to drive major development initiatives from planning through execution. You will influence project direction, delivery strategy and governance while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners across the lifecycle.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and native English proficiency to liaise with international partners and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and governance.
