Job summary

ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company seeks an experienced Design Projects Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex design projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage portfolios across sectors, supervise the Assistant Design Projects Manager, and ensure milestones, submissions, and contractual obligations are met.

With 12–15 years of multi-disciplinary experience, you will lead client meetings, manage scope and commercial performance, and coordinate with sub-consultants to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (strongly preferred) or related Engineering discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (PMP, MSc) desirable.
• Certifications in contract management, BIM management, or design management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for all assigned design projects from contract award through design completion.
• Manage a concurrent portfolio of projects across multiple sectors with milestone tracking and reporting.
• Direct the work of the Assistant Design Projects Manager across projects and calibrate workload.
