Job summary

This client seeks an experienced project leader to oversee EPC/EPCM projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup stages. The role requires building strong client relationships and guiding execution strategies to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, EPCM, or related project environments.
• At least 10 years of Project Management experience on the contractor side, with proven leadership of large-scale projects.
• Prior experience in PMC organizations is preferred, with additional preference for candidates from peer companies.
• Demonstrated experience across detailed engineering, construction, EPC, and EPCM project phases, with strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in contract administration, scope definition, project organization, staffing plans, and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures Manual (PPM).
• Provide strong project leadership to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of EPC/EPCM projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships, support project profitability targets, and contribute to the development of execution strategies that maximize project outcomes and workshare opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to manage project cost, schedule, reporting, and change management processes, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and successful project delivery and closeout.
