Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10years of experience in project management within design consultancy, architecture, or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Project Management Institute PMP certification is desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Defining project timelines and activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Resolving changes in scope, issues and risks that impact project implementation.
• Assigning talent and resources to projects and coaching staff.
• Overseeing planning, execution and delivery of design projects to meet quality, timelines and budgets.
• Managing and coordinating budgets, costs and change control.
• Facilitating communication between design teams, marketing, product development and external agencies.
• Preparing detailed cost forecasts and budget reports; monitoring expenditures.
