Job summary

Branch of Sterling and Wilson Data Center Private is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise and execute HVAC works for data center projects in Riyadh. You will review IFC shop drawings, coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting ELV and BIM teams, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of relevant HVAC site execution experience, preferably Data Center / Mission Critical / Large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, chilled-water systems, ventilation and critical cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute HVAC works per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.
• Review IFC shop drawings and coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting ELV and BIM teams to resolve clashes and interfaces.
• Monitor subcontractors' manpower, materials, productivity and daily progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure proper installation of ducting, piping, insulation, supports and associated services.
• Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, duct leakage testing, TAB and testing commissioning activities.
• Raise close WIR/IR/NCRs, punch points and inspection observations.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and integrated testing for Data Center systems.
• Maintain progress reports, testing records, as-built drawings and handover documentation.
