Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Cooling Solution Architect to design and govern cooling and thermal infrastructure for data centers and AI environments. You will act as the technical advisor, ensuring energy-efficient, scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements.

You will lead architecture reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of advanced cooling technologies including liquid cooling. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• +10 Years Experience in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of data center cooling technologies and thermal management systems.
• Experience in chilled water plants, heat rejection systems, and liquid cooling architectures.
• Understanding of data center design standards and industry best practices.
• Ability to perform thermal analysis, system sizing, and design validation.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and specification of data center cooling systems (CRAH, CRAC, FWU, chillers, chilled water, CDU, liquid cooling).
• Perform thermal load analysis and cooling capacity planning for AI workloads.
• Develop cooling architectures and recommend optimum technologies.
• Review specifications for compliance with standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during customer engagements and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Power, IT, and Digital Energy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support bids, RFIs, and solution documentation.
