Job summary

Mozn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end journey for a portfolio of strategic, enterprise customers in the Middle East. You will ensure health, adoption, satisfaction, and retention while partnering with Sales to identify growth opportunities.

In this role you will lead customer success plans, run executive reviews, mentor junior CSMs, and drive value realization across complex environments in alignment with Saudization priorities.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic account management.
Experience managing complex, enterprise, or regulated customers.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to manage risk, adoption, and customer outcomes.
Advanced experience with Salesforce and CS tooling.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Manage customer health, adoption, and retention.
Lead customer success plans aligned with business objectives.
Run cadence calls, health reviews, and Executive Business Reviews.
Identify growth opportunities with Sales.
Mentor Junior CSMs and contribute to onboarding.
