Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the credit review process for customer accounts in accordance with approved credit policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer creditworthiness, financial position, payment performance, and overall credit exposure.
• Assess the adequacy of credit facilities, limits, terms, and conditions and recommend actions based on risks.
• Identify credit weaknesses, exceptions, and emerging risks and escalate to stakeholders.
• Ensure credit reviews are conducted consistently, objectively, and within timelines and standards.
• Monitor compliance with credit policies, delegated authorities, and approval requirements.
• Prepare periodic credit review and risk reports for management, highlighting exposures, trends, and areas needing attention.
