Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Post and process journal entries to record transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Assist in budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support year-end financial reports and documentation.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting principles.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations.
• Invoicing and billing processes; follow up on payments to vendors and customers.
