Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking an senior legal professional to manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution across multiple business functions. You will develop legal strategies, oversee external counsel, and provide guidance on complex disputes, claims, and investigations.

You will review potential legal risks, lead submissions, and represent the Legal function in negotiations, mediations, and settlement processes while supporting business units on contentious matters and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is essential.
• Knowledge of Saudi legal and judicial frameworks is preferred.
• Experience coordinating external counsel on multi-stakeholder matters is required.
