Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required.
• Minimum 15 years' experience, preferably in consultancy.
• MRICS membership preferred with Middle East experience.
• Ability to manage a team of 5–10.
• Experience in measurement on building and infrastructure works.
• Experience with interim applications, change management, variation valuation and extension of time claims.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract duties include cost planning, procurement reports, and final cost plan.
• Tendering duties from pre-qualification through contract documents.
• Post-contract duties cover cost variances, change control, cost checks and valuations, monthly client reports, and final accounts.
• Leads a project team and remains accountable for the duties.
