A cost management appointment in Riyadh, advertised against what the employer describes as a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia, and open to candidates from either an infrastructure or a real estate background. The role spans pre and post contract quantity surveying: cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations and final accounts.
Pre-contract work named includes feasibility studies, procurement reports, and cost planning through to producing and presenting the final cost plan.
