Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in corporate law.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
