Job summary

A leading telecom services provider in Riyadh is seeking a Core Network Team Lead to manage and enhance operations of large-scale CS, PS, and IMS networks. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, particularly with Ericsson systems, and will oversee shift teams ensuring network stability and adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting core network nodes and supporting change management efforts. Strong expertise in signaling protocols and leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Ericsson CS/PS Core troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in signaling protocols: SIP, SS7, ISUP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with MSC, MGW, STP, HLR/HSS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot core network nodes.
• Lead, coach, and support front office Core teams during shifts.
• Ensure KPI fulfillment and service stability across networks.
