Job summary

Riyadh Cement Company seeks an experienced Contract Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through negotiations, execution, renewal and closure. You will coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Projects to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

The role requires strong knowledge of contract management, SAP systems, and supplier performance evaluation, with excellent Excel skills and English communication. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and risk review.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA; SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contracts, amendments and extensions throughout their lifecycle.
• Review terms, deliverables, payment terms, warranties and termination conditions.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with suppliers and ensure reviews and approvals are completed.
• Monitor contract obligations, milestones, renewals, expiries and warranties.
• Coordinate supplier performance evaluations across quality, delivery, technical, commercial, HSE and compliance.
• Maintain supplier registration and compliance documentation (CR, VAT, licenses, certifications).
• Maintain accurate contract records and the central Contract Register in SAP or the approved system.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract expiries, supplier performance and risks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Projects and Maintenance.
