Job summary

Riyadh Cement Company seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle from preparation and review through negotiation and renewal in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Projects, manage supplier evaluations, maintain compliance docs, and record contracts in SAP/SAP Ariba while delivering periodic risk and performance reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in contract management or procurement, with strong

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and risk review.
Proficiency with SAP/SAP S/4HANA; SAP Ariba is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate contracts, amendments and extensions throughout their lifecycle.
Review terms, deliverables, payment terms, warranties and termination conditions.
Coordinate negotiations with suppliers and ensure required reviews are completed.
Monitor obligations, milestones, expiries and renewals.
Coordinate supplier performance evaluations across quality, delivery, and compliance.
Maintain supplier registration and compliance documents including licenses and certifications.
Maintain accurate contract records in SAP or approved system and prepare reports.
Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Projects, Maintenance and others.
