Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contract activities for our projects in Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with contract terms, negotiate amendments, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery.

You will lead contract teams, review documents, and coordinate with legal and finance to resolve issues. A bachelor's degree and 12+ years in construction contract management with knowledge of FIDIC/NEC are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
• Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions.
