Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contract-related activities for our construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring contractual compliance, negotiating amendments, and mitigating risks to support successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in contract management within the construction sector, strong knowledge of FIDIC/NEC, and excellent negotiation and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
