Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract activities for our construction projects. You will ensure contract terms compliance, negotiate amendments, and mitigate risks to support on-time delivery.

You will lead contract preparation, review documents for risk, coordinate with project teams, and monitor performance, deadlines, claims, and variations. Proficiency in contract law (FIDIC, NEC) and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum 12 years of contract management experience in construction.
Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations.
Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions.
Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
