Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a Senior Contract Administration Lead to oversee a large roads and infrastructure portfolio, ensuring consistent governance, processes, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. You will mentor contract administrators, manage records, and drive continuous improvement across multiple projects and service agreements.

The role requires coordination with commercial, project delivery, finance, procurement, legal, and consultant teams to maintain control and timely close-out

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contract administration activities across a large portfolio of roads and infrastructure contracts.
• Establish and maintain consistent contract administration processes, procedures, and governance controls.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Contracts Administrators and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, procedures, and delegated authority requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract administration efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain contract registers and ensure contractual records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Administer contract correspondence, notices, instructions, approvals, and other contractual communications.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, securities, warranties, insurance requirements, and other contractual obligations.
• Coordinate contract start-up, mobilization, amendments, renewals, extensions, and close-out activities.
• Support the administration of contract changes, variations, claims, compensation events, and extensions of time.
• Monitor contractual compliance, identify risks and non-conformances, and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure contractual documentation is retained and managed within designated contract management systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract administration matters across the portfolio and facilitate resolution through proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate contract-related meetings, governance reviews, dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates.
• Administer contract management systems, including Oracle Unifier, SAP, and document management platforms.
• Identify and escape contractual risks and potential disputes, and support contractual assessments and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Lead contract close-out activities, including final account processes, release of securities, closure of outstanding obligations, archival of records, and lessons learned reporting.
