Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon Riyadh seeks an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects in KSA, including contract administration, claims, variation orders, and procurement strategy. The role requires leadership in client and subcontractor negotiations and safeguarding commercial interests.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of FIDIC/NEC forms, GCC contracting, andSaudi procurement laws, with a strong track record on large infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
• MRICS/FRICS or CIOB membership preferred.
• Diploma in Contract Administration or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre-tender to final account.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts.
• Prepare and submit variation orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts and advise management.
• Oversee procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate with the legal team on dispute resolution and risk.
• Liaise with project managers, QS teams, and clients to meet milestones.
• Review and certify interim and final payment applications from subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports for senior management.
