KEO Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Contracts/Commercial Manager to lead commercial governance and manage all contractual aspects of enabling and early works. The role requires extensive experience with FIDIC contracts and strong liaison with the Client, Engineer, and contractors.

You will oversee budget control, change management, and claims handling while mentoring a team of commercial professionals in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• Proven experience administering FIDIC-based contracts on behalf of Client or Engineer.
• Strong ability to manage contractor claims, variations, and commercial risk across fast-track programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract administration for enabling and early works packages.
• Administer the Contract per FIDIC-based forms, ensuring notice provisions and time bars.
• Manage all contractual correspondence, notices, early warnings, claims, and determinations.
• Provide commercial advice on entitlements, risks, mitigation and exposure.
• Support procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, commitments, and cash flow for early works.
• Lead changes, variations, and instructed changes; assess contractor claims.
• Maintain contract risk registers and manage commercial risks.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and external consultants on disputes.
• Act as primary commercial interface between Client, Engineer, contractors and consultants.
• Lead, manage and mentor commercial and quantity surveying teams within the supervision team.
• Participate in commercial meetings and high-level project reviews.
