Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex construction and development projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet stringent specifications.

You will oversee contractors and consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management within large-scale construction or development projects.
• Proven track record delivering building, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
