Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related sectors.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Competent knowledge of contract law and commercial/contracts management.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility with professional attitude and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and manage commercial agreements to mitigate risk and optimize opportunities.
• Provide ongoing commercial/contract support ensuring compliance with practices.
• Support pre/post contracts awards process.
• Ensure staffing of contracts meets project requirements.
• Verify, negotiate and approve commercial agreements with third parties.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify risks or gaps and propose mitigations.
• Maintain contract logs/tracking sheets and comply with reporting protocols.
• Support claim and change management processes.
