Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of working experience in contracts/commercial management.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or industrial gases.
• Knowledge of contract law and commercial/contracts management.
• Strong analytical and cost/variance tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements to mitigate risk.
• Provide ongoing contract support ensuring compliance with practices.
• Support pre/post contract awards processes.
• Ensure staffing adequacy for contracts against project needs.
• Engage with legal team when needed to resolve disputes quickly.
• Brief stakeholders on contractual obligations and impacts of variances.
• Maintain contract logs and support change management.
