Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a senior Contracts Lead to govern end-to-end contract management for MRO projects. You will drive pre-contract and execution phases, support bid preparation, and interface with stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely contractual delivery that protects organizational interests and enhances project performance.

You will lead the contract administration team, review terms for regulatory compliance, manage change orders, and drive risk mitigation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree requirement in Business Administration.
• Professional certifications in Contracts/Dispute Management (CCCM, CPCM, CFCM).
• Extensive contract management experience, including claims and disputes.
• Experience in shipyard operations or similar heavy-industry project environments.

• Lead and govern end-to-end contract management across pre-contract and execution phases.
• Oversee terms, conditions, and regulatory compliance of all contractual commitments.
• Monitor milestones to ensure on-time delivery and address deviations.
• Maintain audit-ready contract documentation with traceability.

• Implement contract compliance tracking and governance controls.
• Lead dispute resolution and claim settlements to reduce recurrence.
• Act as primary liaison with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation controls.
• Drive continuous improvements in contract management practices.
