Job summary

IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture seeks a Senior Contract Manager in Riyadh to lead all contractual matters on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects. You will oversee contract compliance, change management, and cost reporting, while mitigating claims and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of contract management experience on mega construction projects, with roads/bridges involved. Arabic is a plus; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or quantity surveying (or equivalent).
• Formal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, ICES, or CIOB.
• Over 15 years of CONTRACT MANAGEMENT experience on mega construction projects.
• Experience in ROADS projects; multi-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all contractual matters and ensure contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategies to mitigate claims and review correspondence for commercial impact.
• Oversee bonds, warranties, insurances, and undertakings as required.
• Act as consultant representative in meetings with Client and contractors.
