Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a 12+ year track record in mega construction projects as a consultant, with familiarity in contracts, procurement, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project management, mega construction projects.
• Experience as a consultant on mega projects ( contractors exp not counted).
• Strong understanding of contracts, design, and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contract Manager on all contractual matters, including compliance and change management.
• Review correspondence for commercial impact and mitigate claims.
• Identify and assess potential contractual issues.
• Ensure bonds, warranties, insurances, undertakings align with contracts.
• Assist with procurement, contracts, and claims discussions with clients and contractors.
• Administer consultants and contractors' claims.
• Coordinate with discipline managers to guide consultant staff.
• Support application and payments processes per contract.
