Responsibilities

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and coordinate with Commercial Manager.
• Follow up subcontractor's performance bonds and tender bonds.
• Review subcontractor's monthly invoices and prepare payment certificates.
• Assist Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager with procurement contracts and agreements.
• Review and clarify show drawings.
• Maintain a repository of all contract documentation.
• Maintain contract database and order tracking system for all executed contracts.
• Review and update standard contract templates, identifying terms and clauses that pose compliance risks.
• Evaluate and review contracts on an ongoing basis to ensure financial and functional requirements are met.
• Examine and evaluate contract price proposals and financial reports to determine reasonable pricing and other contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10‑12 years of experience on large construction projects.
• Proficient at calculating figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
• Knowledge of cost and price evaluation techniques for detailed financial assessment of technical data.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills.
