Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and coordinate with Commercial Manager.
Follow up subcontractor's performance bonds and tender bonds.
Review subcontractor's monthly invoices and prepare payment certificates.
Assist Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager with procurement contracts and agreements.
Review and clarify show drawings.
Maintain a repository of all contract documentation.
Maintain contract database and order tracking system for all executed contracts.
Review and update standard contract templates, identifying terms and clauses that pose compliance risks.
Evaluate and review contracts on an ongoing basis to ensure financial and functional requirements are met.
Examine and evaluate contract price proposals and financial reports to determine reasonable pricing and other contractual requirements.
Qualifications
