Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery across a broad portfolio of developments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards of execution in a fast-paced program environment.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, Saudi regulatory familiarity, and a track record of managing complex, multi‑sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years total work experience.
• At least 5 years of project management leadership experience.
• Experience with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with eligibility for local transfer.
• Experience delivering diverse sectors: mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Report directly to the Director of Programs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
