Job summary

UCC Holding seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all construction activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with the required quality standards. You will lead the construction team, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage resources while upholding safety regulations.

Responsibilities include cost control, value engineering, risk management, tender involvement, and contract administration across all project phases. GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years overall experience; 5 years in a relevant role.
• GCC experience of 3 years is a plus.
• Degree in civil engineering or architecture; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage cost controls and advise management on actions for cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain line-item costs for preliminaries and consumables.
• Strategize to ensure delivery of project earnings.
• Oversee safety policies and IMS alignment across the project.
• Coordinate with team, subcontractors, and asset management.
• Involve in tendering processes and HR mobilization/demobilization.
• Manage risk, insurance requirements, and contract administration.
• Monitor value engineering and track changes/variations.
• Ensure proper asset/liability allocation and inventory flow.
