Job summary

Gulf GRC Trading in Riyadh seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases from planning to execution, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to align with specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include site inspections, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and budget tracking to prevent cost overruns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in construction management.
• PMP or CCM certification highly regarded.
• Experience with Facade sector GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align with project specs and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing issues proactively.
