Job summary

Gulf GRC Trading in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex civil construction initiatives. You will develop comprehensive plans, coordinate with supply chain, design, engineering and finance to ensure alignment with project goals and resources, and closely monitor timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of hands-on project management, and a PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the relevant industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
• Experience in execution of Facade sector GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring alignment with project goals timelines and resource allocations.
• Creating long short-term plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to work deadlines.
• Liaise and coordinate with supply chain design engineering finance and other departments to align with project requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
