Qualifications

• 10 years minimum of experience in construction/design management with proven constructability review experience.
• Strong knowledge of SBC, IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and relevant BS/EN standards.
• Demonstrated experience in value engineering, methods engineering, and temporary works.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured constructability reviews at various project milestones.
• Validate BIM model geometry for clash avoidance and installation space.
• Produce Constructability Review Reports with observations and risks.
